Your day begins at around 9.30am where you are whisked away in a Luxury Premium vehicle for 2 from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne by an experienced wine chauffeur. Your first wine tasting experience begins at 10.30am, where you will enjoy a private masterclass, (around 60 minutes) learning about the grape varietals, blends and the wine making process, enjoy tasting flavours and styles specific to the region with quality levels of reserve, single vineyard and museum release wines matched with generous cheese platter. You may choose the sweet dessert or even the Pinot Gris, but the Shiraz will always leave the pepper or a sharp tannin on the taste buds.

Prepare to enjoy your relaxing 3 course lunch at Domaine Chandon restaurant seated with views of the vines & mountains. Relax while taking in the panoramic views over mountains and vines in the distance. Here you will be treated to a private table tasting experience of Chandon's sparkling range (3 glasses per person) with lunch. Compare different flavour profiles from old style Brut versus the latest in fashion with traditional French champagne making styles.

Your next location in your winery journey will have you tasting reserve and single vineyard wines, including top of the range cool climate and award winning wines. This is an Award-Winning masterclass with wine offerings of up to $200.00 per bottle. An exquisite wine journey that will last.
