• Monday-Thursday only
• Check in: 7:30am, Departs: 8:00am, Returns: 4:00pm.

What To Bring

• Pack a small soft bag
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel and a hat
• Water bottle to refill
• Practical clothing, swimming attire (warmer items during winter)
• Underwater camera
• Credit card for drinks (no cash)

Terms And Conditions

• Children aged 0-6 years must be approved before departure, and their caregivers are responsible for providing their lifejackets.
• We reserve the right to alter snorkelling locations due to tidal location changes, safety concerns or weather conditions.
• Rates are valid for travel on all products from the 01 July 2023 to 31 March 2024. Surcharge of $20 per adult & $10 per child applies to public holidays listed: King’s Birthday (2nd October 2023), Christmas Day (25th December 2023), Boxing Day (26th December 2023), New Years Day (1st January 2024), Australia Day (Friday, 26th January), Easter (29th March, 30th March, 31st March).
• Capacity for Outer Reef is 40 passengers.
• All rates are inclusive of professional crew and our marine based tours include National Park $2.20 per person CAP Fee (Commercial Activity Permit) and Marine Park Fees $7.00 per person EMC (Environmental Management Charge), snorkelling equipment, and stinger suits if applicable.

• Thundercat Day Tour, Outer Reef Snorkel Adventure and Falls to Paradise rate applies to children 2-14 years of age. Children under 2 must be approved before departure – weather conditions dependant. Tongarra Day Sail rate applies and is suitable for children 6-14 years of age.

• We highly recommend passengers take out travel insurance covering illness, injury, loss of personal goods and the inability to travel due to weather.
• Passengers are required to reconfirm their booking 48 -72 hours prior to their tour.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure for Outer Reef will forfeit the full ticket price.
