• You can present paper ticket or downloaded ticket for entry to Aussie World
• Ride and attraction times are subject to change
• The operation of some rides, shows and attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity
• By entering the Park, you accept that we may take photographs and/or video foot age of you for our commercial purposes without further permissions or payment to you
• Any guest under 15 years of age must always be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult
• Shirts and footwear must always be worn upon entry and within the park. We specifically recommend that suitable enclosed footwear be worn
• No food, drink (except bottled water), eskies or animals (except assistance dogs) may be brought onto the premises
• No alcohol or drugs may be brought onto the park

Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellations - All ticket sales for Aussie World’s Halloween Festevil are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled for any reason.
• No Refunds - Tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.
• No Date Changes - Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase (31 October 2025 or 1 November 2025). Tickets cannot be transferred to a different date or event.
• Event Proceeding in All Weather - Refunds or date changes will not be issued due to weather conditions.
• Transferability - If you are unable to attend, you may gift or transfer your ticket to another guest, provided the ticket is scanned only once upon entry.
• Exceptional Circumstances - In the unlikely event that Aussie World cancels the Halloween Festevil, ticket holders will be contacted directly with next steps, which may include a transfer or refund option at Aussie World's discretion.
