Time

• 01st May – 30th September - Operates daily at 10am and 1.30pm
• 01st October 23 – 30th April 24 - Operates daily at 9.30am, 10.30am, 12.15pm, 1.15pm and 2.30pm
• All guests must check in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time

Departure Location

• Milford Sound Visitor Centre, Freshwater Basin, Milford Sound Highway 94, Milford Sound
• Car Parking: On arrival at Milford Sound you can park at the Milford Sound carpark at a fee of $10 per hour (recommended customer's pay for 3-4hrs if on the half day cruises) . Please allow 10 minutes to walk from the main carpark to the Milford Sound Visitor Centre. Alternatively, you can park free of charge at Deepwater Basin Carpark and walk over to Freshwater Basin to the Cruise Terminal. This walk is approximately 30 minutes in duration, so additional time will need to be allocated in order to do this comfortably and arrive at the terminal 20 minutes prior to your cruise for check-in

• Change of clothes (in case you get wet)
• Comfortable shoes
• Drink bottle, sunhat, sunglasses, insect repellent

Additional Information

• Check-in at the Southern Discoveries counter in the Milford Sound Cruise Terminal
• Check in closes 15 minutes prior to departure
• The operator reserves the right to amend timetables, cancel cruise departures and substitute vessels at any time for safety or operational reasons including due to unsafe weather conditions or vessel maintenance
• Minimum numbers must be met for all tours to operate
• Milford Sound is a natural environment so wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed
• Passengers who do not check-in for departure will be considered “no shows” and are not entitled to a refund
