• Inside Seating - Enjoy an inside dining experience within the air-conditioned and comfortable cabin. With large viewing windows, sit back and enjoy your meal against the backdrop of the Gold Coast.

• Outside Seating (weather dependent) - Make the most of the glorious Gold Coast sunshine and dine al fresco style. Soak in the scenery with guaranteed waterside views.

• Kindly note, whilst we try our best efforts, outside seating is weather-dependent. Outside seating can be cancelled/rescheduled due to inclement weather.

• Top Deck seating can only be accessed by stairs and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible. Please call prior to booking for any special assistance that you may require.

• Please arrive 20 minutes before your cruise departure time.
• Cruises depart from Appel Park, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.
• Your Captain and Crew will check you in on the vessel at the Nerang River-end of Cavill Ave.
• Paid parking is available nearby at Bruce Bishop, Circle on Cavill, Chevron Renaissance, and Cypress Avenue car parks.
• Setting sail up to 7 days a week.

• Vessels will depart on time and will be unable to return for late arrivals.
• Please ensure you leave enough time to park and arrive at the Tiki Reserve pontoon 20 mins prior to your tour departure time.
• Late arrivals will unfortunately forfeit their booking.
• The dress code for this experience is smart casual.

Terms And Conditions

• Booking changes and cancellations are available without penalty up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, 100% of the fare is forfeited. For groups of 20 or more, 7 days notice is required.
• All cruises are weather, minimum passenger number, and Queensland Health advisory dependent
• On occasion, the operator may have to cancel a cruise due to unfavourable weather conditions, low passenger numbers or government directives. In this unlikely event, you will be offered travel on another suitable tour/day or issued a full refund.
• The operator reserves the right to substitute the vessel or change the itinerary without notice
