What you need to know
Location
Escape the hassle of a lengthy road trip and opt for the seamless convenience of our vehicle and passenger ferry transfers. Departing daily (except Christmas Day) from Wallaroo on the picturesque Yorke Peninsula, our vessel whisks you away to Lucky Bay, nestled near the charming town of Cowell on the Eyre Peninsula.
It's not just about getting from point A to B; it's about enjoying every moment of the journey. With our commitment to excellence, we've set new standards in Australian ferry design. Our world-class vessel ensures you travel in optimum comfort, and safety, making your experience as memorable as the destinations themselves.

- One passenger is included in the cost of the vehicle ticket. Any additional passengers will require their own passenger ticket
- Food and drink is available to purchase on board

Additional Information
- One passenger is included in ALL vehicle tickets (car, motorhome, motorbikes, truck etc). All other accompanying passengers must be paid for on top of the vehicle pricing.
- Bicycles do not include the rider and will need to pay an passenger fare on top of the bicycle price
- Trailers and boats can not travel unaccompanied. They must travel with a registered vehicle. We are not able to take freight.
- Pension concessions are applied to seniors card, disability pension card and Veteran Affairs card holders. We also accept companion card. These cards need to be provided upon arrival.
- Walk on passengers are limited to cabin luggage only. Due to restrictions we are unable to carry large suitcases, eskies, sacktrucks etc.
- There is no public transport at Lucky Bay. Clients who walk on would need to ensure they have made arrangements to be collected from Lucky Bay, No buses, ubers or taxi's service that area. The Copper Triangle does have a taxi service and a bus service to Adelaide however we recommend our clients to research their options as they are limited.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be issues if the cancellation is due to a ferry mechanical or weather issue.
- Any other cancellations will be issued a credit to be held on file for 12 months.
Booking Information
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
- Offers and inclusions are subject to change without notice
- We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 48 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher
